 Exploding with arrogance, the egomaniacal producer Peter Dragon (Jay Mohr) thinks he's
 king of his movie lot as well as the industry's golden boy, due to the string of mega-hits from
 his DragonFire Films, starring the town's biggest action heroes. However, his latest, a dud
 called "Slow Torture", may take him out of the winner's circle temporarily and scratch him
 off party lists in flavor-of-the-minute Hollywood in the series premiere of ACTION,
 Thursday, Sept. 16 (9:00-9:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (ACT-101) (TV-MA; D, L, S) 

 Those lucky enough to be in Peter's orbit include his ambitious but loyal (by Tinsel Town
 standards) president of production Stuart (Jack Plotnick); his one-time
 Borscht-belt-comic/security guard/chauffeur, Uncle Lonnie (Buddy Hackett), whom he
 treats with a modicum of respect; and Wendy Ward (Illeana Douglas), a former child
 star-turned-hooker and now executive at DragonFire Films.
