Well, what can I say, it was for a good cause, it was a cool venue and the bands were very enthusiastic! The club held about 500 people, but I'd say less than 200 showed up. Probably more like 125,maybe 150 if you include the bartenders, security and band members. :) Since it was a fund raiser for a nursery they had a video showing (over the stage area) kids playing, laughing and learning at the Nursery Garden. I hope the money they raised at least helped a little for their worthy cause.

Okay, on to the shows. The first band was called Chardonnay and they came on around 9:30 ish, the next band was Mother Tongue (who I really enjoyed! The guy with the long hair was soo cool!), then dogstar came on around 11:00-ish, maybe a little before then? It was really cool, 'cause the stage wasn't very tall (maybe 3 feet high) and there was plenty of space for people.

Fashion report (I know there are people who want to know this kind of thing ), okay, Bret was wearing a black shirt with a cool necklace, pants (sorry I forgot the color!?) and his hair looked really good! Love the haircut Bret!! :)

I didn't see much of Rob, but I know he wore pants and a t-shirt (sorry the exact colors are escaping me now.

I'm going to say dark. LOL!). Keanu had a beard going on and some tufts of hair sticking up. He wore a blue t-shirt and jeans and his boots. His leg looks fine. No boot or cast and he was putting his weight on it, so that's good news.

They played Halo, Enemies, Cornerstore, Denial, Blessed and a few others that I can't recall. They teased the crowd with the intro's to "Sweet, Home Alabama" and "Ticket to Ride," but didn't finish either song. :( Everyone thought there was going to be an encore, but it turned out not to be. All in all, it was a great show! Some techinical difficulties aside, I really enjoyed the small club atmosphere and I hope the guys had fun! I did see Bret talking to people (what a nice guy!). I personally didn't see Rob or Keanu, but that doesn't mean they weren't around.

Thanks guys! It was a fun show! P.S. sorry if this is sloppy or if there are typos (I'm sure I'm leaving out stuff), but I'll just blame it on lack of sleep. Thanks to Ahh Nutts and Arden for their great reviews too!
