Author:Vicky Hey! I sent a "review" earlier, but got the "scripted time out", and didn't see your "Beg for review", so I didn't go into any of your questions. The energy was great. Bret talked to the audience alot. I was only about 6 feet away from him! No one else was miked, so Bret was the only one we could hear. They got one bra onstage--looked like a training bra!! Bret "modeled" it for everyone! Bret had on gray or faded black jeans, a white T, and a gray shirt over top of that, Rob was pretty much blocked by the drums, but was wearing a white T, and Keanu had a gray or greenish T with faded gray or blue jeans and, of course, his beat up work boots. (I would love to have those boots!) They played Halo, Superstar, Cornerstore, Enemies(my favorite), Slipping Down, Dreamtime, and a couple others I can't remember. They really got into the music and you could tell they were having a blast. The crowd loved it. It was just an awesome show. I joked with my husband that I need to put the autographs in our fire-proof safe, but there isn't any room, so I'll have to take some of our savings bonds and financial "crap" out to make room (LOL)!!
Author:Sandra The Monday show at the House of Blues was exactly as she wrote. Keanu was really in SUCH good spirits. It really was a good show. Anyway, I don't have much more to add except that the Radiohead song they did, if anyone is interested, was Fake Plastic Trees. Also, I got to the House of Blues pretty early on Monday to get a good spot. To my surprise when Keanu came in for the soundcheck, he came in through the front door! I didn't get to see him though cause I was afraid I'd loose my spot, but I heard he came in with a dark suit, he signed a couple of autographs and he had a great big smile. I also met two girls who said they were extras on the set and a friend of someone working on the picture too. They said that Hardball would be filming in Chicago for another three weeks. They also said, they heard that The Matrix would be filming in Chicago in March, 2001. If this is true that would make sense as to the postponement of the Benedictine concert and the rescheduling for Spring. That's about all for me. Hope everyone is well.
